Responsibilities

Lead our team by example, delegate duties, schedule shifts, and foster a positive work environment.
Train and develop new employees, instilling our guest service principles.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a pristine work area and stocked supplies.
Manage ice cream orders and supply procurement.
Perform end-of-day cash reconciliations.
