About The Position
Margaret’s Cones & Cups is a retro ice cream shop serving show stopping cones, cups, coffee, and novelties. This team member will serve our guests by selling ice cream, coffee, sweet treats, and other selections. This is a seasonal opportunity through January.
Requirements
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
- Must have unexpired Food Handlers – or obtain upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous barista experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer guest questions about menu items.
- Brew gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages.
- Serve ice cream.
- Up-sell and offer helpful suggestions on items.
- Accurately orders and maintains a balanced bank.
- Provide information about the resort and entertainment district.
