About The Position

This is a full-time position in the Production Department at Hershey's Ice Cream in Middletown, PA. The role involves working as part of the ice cream production crew, ensuring proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and production requirements. The company emphasizes integrity, honesty, and respect, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience with each product.

Requirements

• Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
• Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Food manufacturing environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work as part of ice cream production crew ensuring proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products
• Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
• Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Other responsibilities as they are assigned.
