About The Position

Our Ice Cream Scoopers (Purveyor of Yum), create magical and memorable moments in Parlor for all guests. Responsible for creating a positive guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with selection of handcrafted flavors and/or curated merchandise, answering questions, processing sales, and maintaining parlors.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
Flexible work schedules including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings.
Ability to operate POS
Basic math skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand, walk and lift moderate weights for extended periods
Ability to form in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Create magical and memorable moments in Parlor for all guests.
Create a positive guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with selection of handcrafted flavors and/or curated merchandise, answering questions, processing sales, and maintaining parlors.
Scoop, serve and engage guests by greeting guests, answering inquiries about our decadent flavors and offering personalized recommendations.
Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes.
Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale (POS) system.
Promote sales, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.
Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and perform inventory tasks such as receiving shipments.
Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.
Follow safe work practices and security policies to prevent theft.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
