About The Position

S&L Hospitality along with Lundy's Ice Cream Shop in Fargo, ND, is now accepting applications for part-time Ice Cream Scoopers! We are looking for hard-working individuals with exceptional customer service skills who enjoy a fast-paced, fun, flexible atmosphere and a love for premium ice cream. This position may be eligible for tips.

Requirements

Ability to operate the location's POS (point of sale) system
Experience with cash handling
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Exposure to various temperatures throughout the building, including cooler temperatures when in any walk-in coolers or freezers
Exposure to various noises including POS, telephone, music
Prior customer service experience preferred
Must be at least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

Be a member of our team in order to deliver the best product and experience for our customers
Be knowledgeable of our company's history, vision, and willingness to share our passion for ice cream
Be knowledgeable of our flavors as well as the ingredients and where to direct customers for further information
Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and members of the team
Communicate with team and leadership about products and inventory concerns
Responsible for shift checklists, regular cleaning, professional appearance and attitude
Practice company safety and proper food handling at all times
All other duties as assigned by the location's leadership team
Be at least 16 years old
