About The Position

This role provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls. The IB Flow Controller is responsible for comparing identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. This position also involves setting daily delivery appointments, processing incoming deliveries and completed loads, and resolving any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff. The role requires daily filing of paperwork and adherence to corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices, reporting any noncompliance. Additionally, the IB Flow Controller must observe all company safety rules and assist in their enforcement. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
3 months verifiable customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task

Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
