About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial) to oversee Industrial and Commercial I&E projects, primarily in the western United States. This role is for an exceptional construction leader with experience in oil and gas and extensive industrial electrical expertise, looking to take their career to the next level. The company offers a yearly salary of $140,000-$175,000, which is negotiable based on experience. The company also provides weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, vehicle pay, and liberal paid time off (PTO). As the Electrical Project Director for the Instrumentation & Electrical, Industrial, and Oil & Gas division, the individual will oversee project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. The role involves facilitating efficient scheduling, monitoring all project aspects, and maintaining customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and excellent communication. The position requires integrity, strong delegation skills, and the ability to inspire project managers. Travel to project sites is expected for meeting employees and customers.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading electricians in industrial and commercial environments
5 or more years experience in commercial and industrial environments
Proven leadership and customer service skills
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Problem-solver
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Goal-oriented and always looking for ways to improve

Nice To Haves

Experience in oil and gas
Extensive industrial electrical expertise
A degree in construction management is preferred
A journeyman electrical license is preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee Industrial and Commercial I&E projects, primarily in the western United States.

Facilitate efficient scheduling.
Keep track of all aspects of each project.
Check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction.
Maintain an excellent rapport with customers.

Inspire project managers to take pride in their work and understand expectations.
Delegate efficiently and appropriately.
Travel to project sites as needed.
Meet with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
