About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial) to oversee Industrial and Commercial I & E projects, primarily in the western United States. This role requires an exceptional construction leader with experience in oil and gas and extensive industrial electrical expertise. The position offers a yearly salary of $140,000-$175,000, which is negotiable based on experience. As the Electrical Project Director for the Instrumentation & Electrical, Industrial, and Oil & Gas division, you will oversee project managers, bearing ultimate responsibility for profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. You will facilitate efficient scheduling, monitor all aspects of each project, and maintain regular contact with customers to gauge their satisfaction. You will also work to promote the company's success and inspire project managers to take pride in their work. The role involves travel to project sites and regular meetings with employees and customers.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading electricians in industrial and commercial environments
5 or more years experience in commercial and industrial environments
Proven leadership and customer service skills
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Problem-solver
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Goal-oriented and always looking for ways to improve
Experience in oil and gas
Extensive industrial electrical expertise
