I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial)
About The Position
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial) to oversee Industrial and Commercial I & E projects, primarily in the western United States. This critical role involves overseeing project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. The ideal candidate will facilitate efficient scheduling, keep a pulse on all project aspects, and maintain excellent customer rapport through integrity and communication. The role requires inspiring project managers to take pride in their work and ensuring clear expectations are set. The position allows for efficient delegation, reducing the need for constant on-site presence, but involves regular travel to meet with employees and customers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading electricians in industrial and commercial environments
- 5 or more years experience in commercial and industrial environments
- Proven leadership and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Problem-solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Goal-oriented
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
Nice To Haves
- Experience in oil and gas
- Extensive industrial electrical expertise
- A degree in construction management
- A journeyman electrical license
