I/DD Lifesharing Specialist
About The Position
KenCrest is seeking a Lifesharing Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The role provides oversight and support to individuals in family-style Life Sharing arrangements. It includes coordinating and attending medical appointments, facilitating monthly meetings with Life Sharing families, providing financial oversight and personal advocacy, maintaining documentation, and implementing care plans in compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6500 and program regulations. The position is hybrid, mobile, and in-office, with standard business hours Monday through Friday and participation in an on-call rotation. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with I/DD.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements.
