About The Position
Work Unlimited is hiring for its growing Day Support Activities (DSA) Program in Corvallis, Oregon. The program supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and challenging behavioral needs by building daily living and social skills, creating meaningful community-based experiences, supporting independence and personal growth, and encouraging choice, routine, and engagement. The DSA Specialist supports individuals in developing daily living, social, and community engagement skills; facilitates structured activities in the community and at program sites; encourages independence with appropriate support; models positive behavior, communication, and problem-solving; assists with personal care; maintains a safe, supportive environment; and collaborates with team members to implement individualized support plans.

Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
