About The Position

Prysmian is seeking an energetic, skilled problem solver to join its North America I&C inside sales team in McKinney, Texas. The specialist works closely with sales agents, production, logistics, and inside sales to provide high-quality service to customers in the electrical industry. The role is office-based and focuses on managing customer inquiries, building customer relationships, coordinating orders, and supporting a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in inside sales, logistics, or customer service management.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
Prior knowledge and experience in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales agents to handle customer requests promptly and accurately.
Manage order modifications, including additions, changes, and cancellations.
Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve in-transit and delivery challenges.
Track orders through production and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Review and process approved quotations as the final quality check before production.
Accelerate order entry into production to support on-time manufacturing, shipping, and delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly in time-sensitive situations.
Develop an understanding of electrical industry products and applications.
Learn product specifications and customer use cases to support sales and customers.
Adapt quickly to new product information and industry terminology.
Collaborate with the team and support shared goals and customer needs.
