Hyundai Product Specialist
About The Position
The Hyundai Product Specialist provides customer-focused product support throughout the vehicle sales process, from configuration and presentation through test drive, delivery, and post-purchase service. The role supports client advisors with product-related tasks, greets customers in sales and service departments, and uses app- and web-based systems to facilitate sales and ensure customer satisfaction and consistent delivery. The specialist maintains thorough knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and competitors’ features, benefits, and potential shortcomings. This is a full-time, hourly position with bonus compensation at Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, Colorado. The stated annual compensation range is $40,000–$52,000. The application window is expected to close October 31, 2026.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Motivation to continually increase product knowledge.
- Valid driver license, maintained throughout employment.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), maintained throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive product information throughout the sales process, including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drives, delivery or handover, and post-purchase customer service.
- Support the client advisor in product-related tasks and activities.
- Greet customers in the sales and service departments and introduce Schomp services.
- Provide an extensive, customer-oriented product experience and explain complex features based on customers’ actual needs.
- Use app- and web-based systems to facilitate the sales process, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent delivery execution.
- Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and communicate with clients about changes to scheduled times.
- Acquire and maintain complete product knowledge of all vehicles and understand competitors’ vehicle features, benefits, and potential shortcomings.
