About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time, onsite HyTech Facilitator in Rumford, Maine. The role is school-based and supports students participating in live, interactive virtual therapy sessions with licensed therapists and educators. The facilitator helps students connect with their providers and makes sure sessions run smoothly, creating a positive and welcoming environment. The position does not involve planning lessons, providing therapy, or leading classroom instruction; no teaching degree or therapy certification is required.

The schedule is five days per week. The position is urgently hiring with an immediate start. Compensation is based on experience. Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and helping others.
• Comfort using computers, Zoom, or other video technology.
• Be patient, organized, dependable, and encouraging.
• Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Be able to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Have CHRC clearance or be willing to obtain it.
• No teaching degree or therapy certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience in a school, childcare, education, or student support setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students during scheduled virtual therapy sessions.
• Set up computers, video calls, and audio equipment.
• Help students connect and remain engaged during sessions.
• Escort students to and from sessions as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes or student absences to providers.
• Troubleshoot simple technology issues.
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and Boothby's therapy team.
