About The Position

The Hygienist will work at Aberdeen Dentistry 1–2 days per week, with every other Friday needed. The organization emphasizes personalized coaching for professional and personal growth, a stress-free onboarding process, and adequate time for patient care. The role offers collaboration and learning opportunities through virtual hygiene study clubs, departmental meetings, and group continuing education. Hygiene Leads provide support and work with hygienists to address challenges and support success. The practice uses diode lasers for bacterial reduction and AI software support to help provide patient care. Team-building opportunities include company picnics, holiday parties, and hygiene socials. Pay is $44–$45 per hour. The position is non-exempt.
