About The Position
Aberdeen Dentistry is hiring a Hygienist to work 1–2 days per week, with every other Friday needed. The role offers personalized coaching focused on individual personal and professional growth, a stress-free onboarding process, and adequate time for patient care. The practice provides collaboration and learning opportunities through virtual hygiene study clubs, departmental meetings, and group continuing education. Hygiene Leads offer support and work with hygienists to address challenges and support their success. Technology includes diode lasers for bacterial reduction and AI software support. The role also offers opportunities to build relationships with the team through company picnics, holiday parties, and hygiene socials. Compensation is $44–$45 per hour. Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygiene License
