About The Position

Redi Services is seeking motivated Hydro Blast Technicians to join our Salt Lake City team. This role involves playing a critical part in safely cleaning and maintaining industrial facilities and equipment. The company is looking for individuals who are dedicated to hard work, value safety, and are eager for opportunities to grow within the organization. This position is part of a specific project involving 40,000 PSI Ultra High-Pressure Hydro Demolition and Manuel Shotgun Concrete Removal, with 12-hour shifts, operating 24/6, and offering a rotation schedule of approximately 6 weeks on and 1 week off for a 5-6 month project duration. There is an option to remain on the project after its initial duration.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous hydro blasting, industrial cleaning, construction, manufacturing, or labor experience.
Strong commitment to safety.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings.
Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

TWIC card is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform industrial cleaning of tanks, vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and other equipment.
Assist with equipment setup, inspections, maintenance, and teardown.
Follow all safety procedures, confined space requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
Wear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Complete required job documentation and equipment inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Travel to customer job sites as needed.
Perform physically demanding work in a variety of industrial environments and weather conditions.
