The Hydraulic Fracturing Service Supervisor in Training (SSIT) is responsible for operating all on-site equipment and training other equipment operators on efficient and safe operation and maintenance. This role involves overseeing daily equipment inspections, training new operators on hydraulic fracturing equipment, maintenance, and safety protocols, and directing operators on assigned duties. The SSIT will also interface with customers and third-party vendors, enforce safety policies, supervise equipment operators, and assist as needed. Maintaining and enforcing compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies is crucial. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
