About The Position
Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to fill the role of HVAC Warranty Technician. This position is dedicated to diagnosing and resolving issues related to warranty claims on recently installed HVAC systems. It's an ideal role for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting and mentoring, and wants to apply their technical expertise daily without the physical strain of installation work.
Requirements
- Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- HVAC service or installation experience
- Professional communication skills

- EPA Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to warranty and callback requests on newly installed HVAC systems
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues
- Verify system performance and installation quality
- Communicate findings and solutions with homeowners professionally
- Document repairs and warranty work accurately
- Help identify trends and opportunities to improve installation quality
