HVAC Warranty Technician
About The Position
Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Warranty Technician to join their team. This role involves running warranty calls and recalls on new system installations, diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment, and repairing or replacing warranty-related components. The technician will also perform quality assurance inspections, communicate findings to homeowners, document service details, and collaborate with installation teams to resolve issues. A key aspect of the role is delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the Radiant brand and ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Experience with variable speed units and communicating systems
- Experience replacing parts such as contactors, capacitors, motors, boards, and sensors
- Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely
- EPA Certification and TDLR License
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently

- Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred
