Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is expanding its IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) team and is looking for a skilled Warranty IAQ Installer who takes pride in quality work, customer experience, and growing their craft. Requirements

2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory
Ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring
Universal EPA Certification
Registration as a technician with TDLR
Valid Drivers License & active for at least the past 5 years
Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer
Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge
Working knowledge of city codes
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
Ability to safely work in attics and lift up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

Install and service IAQ systems (UV lights, filtration systems, duct cleaning, etc.)
Replace HVAC warranty components (coils, condensers, parts)
Ensure systems are running properly and safely after installation
Deliver a top-tier customer experience in every home
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
Communicate clearly with customers and internal team
Mentor and support install helpers when assigned
