Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a HVAC Turnover - Service Technician. This position offers a base pay plus commission with an opportunity for high performers to earn $100,000+ annually, and a total earning potential of $150,000+ depending on production. This role is designed for technicians who can diagnose HVAC problems, communicate effectively with customers, sell repairs and replacements, generate revenue, close opportunities, work independently, and deliver excellent customer service. The Turnover Technician's primary function is to convert service opportunities into completed repairs, replacements, and approved work. This involves accurately diagnosing HVAC systems, identifying potential repair and replacement needs, clearly presenting options to customers, generating approved work from service calls, following up on estimates, documenting equipment conditions, protecting company margins, maintaining high customer service standards, selling maintenance agreements, and communicating opportunities to the office/sales team.
