About The Position

Fort Worth Heat & Air is seeking experienced HVAC technicians who are looking to build a long-term career. The ideal candidate will have residential HVAC service and installation experience, possess strong diagnostic and communication skills, and be committed to quality workmanship and continuous professional development. Based on verified experience, service-call history, installation background, leadership ability, and interview performance, technicians will be placed at one of the following levels: Tech 2 – Developing Service Technician, Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician, Tech 4 – Senior Technician / Field Leader, or Tech 5 – Master Technician / Future Leadership. Applicants should select the level that best reflects their current experience, as final placement will be confirmed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Residential HVAC service experience.
• Residential HVAC installation experience.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
• Quality work completed correctly the first time.
• Ethical communication and recommendations with customers.
• Willingness to ask for help, learn, and improve.

• Desire to support and develop less-experienced technicians.
