About The Position

High Ground Service Pros is hiring HVAC Apprentices for our Triple A Pipeline — a 12-week paid training program that turns motivated people with no HVAC experience into trusted in-home technicians. After the 12-week pipeline, you move to performance pay. Top techs earn $90K+ in their first full year. Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background and drug screen
  • Physically able to do the work (lifting, ladders, attics, crawl spaces)
  • Attributes: reliable, professional, clean driving record
  • Aptitude: capacity to learn (assessed via mechanical reasoning assessment)
  • Attitude: coachable, customer-first mindset, desire to build a career

Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-week paid training program.
  • Undergo 2 weeks of intensive technical training at Ultimate Technical Academy (Arkansas).
  • Work with a personal mentor.
  • Complete a customer service curriculum.
  • Participate in a ride-along apprenticeship.
  • Perform the duties of an in-home technician after training.
  • Travel out of state for training from July 19 to September 1, 2026.
