The Transfer Agent is responsible for making outbound dials, verifying the correct consumer and efficiently transferring the right party to the destination agent. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year general office experience with exposure to standard business processes
  • Data Entry knowledge
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • English literacy and oral skills
  • Self-Motivated & Driven by Earning Incentives
  • Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
