Requirements

At least 2 years HVAC/Sheet Metal experience
Ability to work off of sheet metal shop drawings and plans
Ability to take field measurements, calculate offsets, and perform layouts
Follow all established safety rules and regulations
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Responsibilities

Layout, measure, and mark out dimensions
Assemble and install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning duct work
Install copper refrigerant lines, including brazing and soldering
Assemble and install HVAC equipment
Work off of sheet metal shop drawings and plans to install duct work and equipment
Take field measurements, calculate offsets, and perform layouts
Follow all established safety rules and regulations
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with the Project Manager to insure appropriate manpower and material (Foreman)
Manage and direct HVAC/Sheet Metal Crews (Foreman)
Conduct safety inspections and pre-task plans (Foreman)
Attend weekly meetings with General Contractor/Owner (Foreman)
Daily task assignment for all crew members (Foreman)
Daily Reports and Timecards (Foreman)
