About The Position
Sila Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Stoneham team. If you're a skilled residential service technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate
- Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety standards
