About The Position
Levine & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This role involves troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, providing outstanding customer service, and helping homeowners stay comfortable. The position offers competitive pay and year-round work.
Requirements
- Journeyman HVAC License required
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers
- EPA Certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Complete accurate job documentation
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
- Participate in an on-call rotation
