About The Position
The K Company Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join their team in the Akron/Canton and Cleveland areas. This role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC equipment rather than pushing replacements. The company has been a leader in HVAC design, installation, and service since 1972, working with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, water heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and ERVs. There is a clear path for advancement into commercial HVAC. The company is following all CDC Guidelines for COVID-19 safety.
Requirements
- Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Hard-working, reliable, and a team player
- Drug test, driving report for insurability, background check

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC equipment
- Provide strong customer service
- Work with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers (hot water and steam), water heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, ERVs, and more.
