About The Position

Sila Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their Stoneham team. This role is for a skilled residential service technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and clearly explaining findings and recommendations to homeowners. They will also recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans, complete service documentation using ServiceTitan, and maintain a clean, organized truck while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
