About The Position

Buckeye is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and help customers make informed, confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience. The role includes completing service work, tune-ups, and inspections safely and professionally; accurately completing invoices, closeout procedures, and required paperwork; communicating with dispatchers and internal teams; maintaining a clean company truck; and participating in training and an on-call service rotation.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle.
• Pass EPA 608 Certification Type 1 and 2.
• Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Have basic industry tools.

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience.
• NATE Core certification and two specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service work, tune-ups, and inspections in a complete, safe, and professional manner.
• Courteously take work direction from the dispatcher.
• Fill out service invoices with 100% accuracy.
• Complete the closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon job completion.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep the company truck clean inside and out.
• Properly complete required paperwork.
• Participate in training to grow and develop professionally.
• Be available for the on-call service rotation.
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Help customers make informed and confident buying decisions through an extraordinary customer experience.
