About The Position

Absolute is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment while providing strong customer service. The role is suited to self-starters who take pride in their work, solve problems effectively, and are prepared to serve customers as needed. Technicians attend periodic manufacturer and safety training and follow all safety policies and procedures. The position includes a physical workload involving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Compensation is uncapped performance pay, with stated on-target earnings of $70,000–$120,000 based on experience. Requirements

• Two to five years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience, with certification from a technical or trade school.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to handle a physical workload of at least 50 pounds.
