About The Position
We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity with one of our trusted clients in Passaic, New Jersey. This role is ideal for a technician with 3+ years of hands-on field experience who can independently manage service calls, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC field experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial HVAC is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and mechanical systems
- Perform field service and maintenance calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
- Complete service reports and job documentation
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Maintain tools and service vehicle
