We’re growing our Northern Colorado / Southern Wyoming crew and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who wants hands-on work, real responsibility, and a career that lasts. You’ll work on commercial systems like RTUs, boilers, VAVs, and controls in facilities where your expertise truly matters. You’ll diagnose and solve mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, and work alongside experienced techs who want you to sharpen your craft and succeed - not burn out. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
Well-rounded background as a Journeyman
Values and display exceptional customer service
Strong organization skills
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in commercial service work
Must have or have ability to get licensed as required
Over 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training
Strong written and verbal English skills
Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
Ability to gain Union Membership
Ability to take Wyoming certification tests
