About The Position
Anthony’s is a trusted residential heating and cooling provider known for delivering high‑quality service, honest recommendations, and exceptional customer care. As our customer base grows, we’re adding a Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and helping homeowners stay comfortable year‑round.
Requirements
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license - Company requires 21+ yrs old
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
Nice To Haves
- 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, tune‑ups, and system evaluations
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations and repair options
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and residential code requirements
- Accurately complete service tickets and maintain organized documentation
- Maintain a clean and well‑stocked service vehicle
- Participate in required training sessions and team meetings
