About The Position
Korte Does It All is seeking an experienced Weekend HVAC Service Technician for a 4-day work week (Friday-Monday). This role offers higher-quality calls, uncapped earnings, and a strong work-life balance. Technicians will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, deliver top-tier customer service, communicate clearly with dispatch and clients, ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards, operate hand and power tools, and work alongside experienced professionals. The company provides year-round work, a fully stocked company vehicle, gas card, phone, tablet, uniform, paid training, and a clear path for career growth.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (per applicable law)
- Pride in your craft and a desire to grow
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
- Ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulations
- Operate hand and power tools; lift up to 50 lbs
- Work alongside some of the best techs and installers in the industry
- Receive hands-on support and ongoing training
