About The Position
Flow-Tech is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for weekend-only coverage. This role offers a 4-day work week (Friday-Monday) with Tuesdays-Thursdays always off, providing a strong work-life balance without sacrificing income. The position focuses on higher-quality calls during peak weekend demand, leading to uncapped earnings potential. Flow-Tech is known for its quality workmanship, dependable service, and commitment to its technicians, providing structure, support, and call volume for success.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (per applicable law)
- Pride in your craft and a desire to grow
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
- Ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulations
- Operate hand and power tools; lift up to 50 lbs
- Work alongside some of the best techs and installers in the industry
- Receive hands-on support and ongoing training
