About The Position

Korte Does It All is entering its busiest season and is seeking skilled HVAC Selling Technicians. This role is for experienced HVAC professionals who excel at communication, building trust, and guiding homeowners to the right comfort solutions. The position focuses on selling quality systems to customers who already need help and trust the brand, rather than extensive fieldwork. It offers a blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and high earning potential, with a focus on warm leads and high close rates during peak season.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends during peak season)
• Physical dexterity for light system evaluations
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of HVAC experience
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Professional appearance and attitude

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on new comfort systems and indoor air quality solutions
• Conduct in-home evaluations and present system options with confidence
• Build value through professional, consultative sales presentations
• Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, concerns, and priorities
• Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines
• Obtain customer authorization and ensure all agreements are documented
• Follow up on site visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with internal teams
• Provide installers with clear expectations, photos, and job requirements
• Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation
• Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood opportunities
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and technical refreshers
