About The Position
B&B is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician Team. This role offers an industry-leading sign-on bonus for high performing candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Residential HVAC service experience
- Provide sale metrics
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- EPA Certification (Must Have)
Nice To Haves
- Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
- Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients
- Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
