As a HVAC Service Technician, you are responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and conducting warranty service. Maintaining effective communication with the office and customers along with keeping your company issued service vehicle fully stocked, clean, and organized.

Requirements

• Completion of high school education or GED
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the HVAC field

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and conducting warranty service.
• Maintain effective communication with the office and customers.
• Keep company-issued service vehicle fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Diagnose and Repair HVAC Systems: Put your expertise to work diagnosing and resolving issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform Warranty Service: Handle warranty service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Interact directly with customers on a daily basis, explaining technical issues and providing friendly and professional service.
