Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Accurately document work using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and work safely every day
