HVAC Service Technician – Residential
About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a residential HVAC Service Technician for full-time, year-round work. The role offers a stated pay range of $75,000–$120,000+, hourly pay with commission opportunity, and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 based on experience and interview. Multiple day and shift options are available to discuss and choose from. The technician will troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, with support from full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network. ARS describes itself as the nation’s largest residential HVAC and plumbing provider, with more than 7,000 team members and over 45 years in the field. Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
- EPA certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
