About The Position

Keefe’s A/C, Heating, Electrical, Generator, and Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a Friday–Monday schedule. The technician diagnoses and repairs HVAC systems, educates customers about their systems and available solutions, and delivers an extraordinary customer experience. The company says it provides consistent, year-round work and ongoing training for professional growth. The role includes maintaining a clean driving record, keeping the company truck clean and its inventory up to date, communicating with dispatch, managers, and coordinators, completing paperwork properly, arriving punctually for first calls and weekly service meetings, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance. The schedule is 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Friday through Monday, with no on-call work. Technicians dispatch from home and take home a company truck with a fuel card.

Requirements

Years of HVAC service experience.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company’s auto insurance.
EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
Educate customers about their HVAC systems and offer available solutions.
Deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
Participate in continuing training to grow professionally in HVAC.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Keep the company truck clean and its inventory up to date.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, the manager, and coordinators.
Complete paperwork properly.
Arrive punctually for first calls and weekly service meetings.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
