About The Position
72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians, referred to as ‘Wizards of Comfort,’ to join their team. Requirements
- 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
- EPA Certification

- Nate certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Using an iPad and Service Titan software
- Interacting with customers to diagnose and sell repairs
- Performing tasks such as replacing parts (contactors, capacitors), handling refrigerant, and working with variable speed units
