The Role You'll run residential HVAC service calls scheduled by dispatch — diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.
Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, with at least 5 years of driving history
- Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS

Responsibilities
- Run residential HVAC service calls — repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
- Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
- Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional
- Represent Advanced Air professionally on every call
