Requirements

5+ years of commercial refrigeration service experience.
Strong experience with low-temperature refrigeration systems.
EPA Universal Certification.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience troubleshooting electrical controls and refrigeration circuits.
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Commercial HVAC service experience.
Knowledge of EMS, controls, and building automation systems.
Experience with rack systems and advanced refrigeration controls.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Factory certifications from major manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment, including: Walk-in coolers and freezers, Reach-in coolers and freezers, Ice machines, Refrigerated display cases, Prep tables and specialty refrigeration equipment
Service and maintain low-temperature refrigeration systems.
Perform refrigeration leak detection, refrigerant recovery, charging, and repairs.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
Service commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and package units.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair options.
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company and OSHA safety requirements.
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
