About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an HVAC Service Tech to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. The role includes full training, professional tools, and support from a strong leadership network. This is full-time, year-round work with multiple day and shift options to discuss or choose from.

Pay is listed as $60,000–$100,000+, hourly plus commission opportunity. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 may be available based on experience and interview. Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
