About The Position

RK Service is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead commercial and industrial installation and replacement projects. The role provides field leadership, technical expertise, and coordination to deliver safe, efficient, on-budget, high-quality work. The lead coordinates teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules; provides technical guidance and troubleshooting; and performs equipment start-ups, quality inspections, and project documentation. The role also coordinates with project leaders, Account Managers, customers, contractors, and inspectors; supports scoping, pricing, procurement, and profitability; and ensures work meets contract requirements, codes, safety standards, and customer expectations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating inspections, resolving deficiencies, closing projects, training owners, developing field technicians, completing documentation, and identifying further RK Service opportunities. The position offers $48–$52 per hour, depending on experience, a company vehicle, and benefits. Requirements

At least 10 years of relevant HVAC experience in commercial installation, equipment replacement, or project leadership.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, RTUs, cooling towers, large compressors, and related systems.
Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules.
Knowledge of HVAC installation, start-ups, codes, blueprints, safety, and quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure installations meet contracts, codes, safety standards, and customer expectations.
Coordinate inspections, resolve deficiencies, and close projects successfully.
Train owners and develop field technicians.
Complete documentation and identify additional RK Service opportunities.
