Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred but not required)
Clean background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Prior HVAC industry exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

Educate homeowners on comfort systems and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs
Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored options
Prepare accurate proposals and pricing within company guidelines
Secure customer-approved agreements for all projects
Follow up after site visits to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
Maintain strong communication with internal teams regarding job details, financing, and scheduling
Provide installation teams with clear expectations using photos, drawings, and written instructions
Stay engaged with installers and customers during projects to ensure a smooth experience
Build long-term relationships and actively generate referrals
Prospect new customers through outreach efforts and networking
Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development opportunities
