About The Position
H&H Heating and Cooling is a trusted residential HVAC service provider based in Essington, PA, proudly serving Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia Counties. They are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Selling Residential HVAC Technician to join their growing team. This role combines strong technical expertise with sales ability to help homeowners make informed, confident decisions about their comfort systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans.
- Clearly and honestly communicate system performance, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
- Work closely with dispatch and management teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate service, sales, and customer documentation.
